About Us
When and by whom was Schierker Feuerstein founded?
Schierker Feuerstein was founded in 1908 by Willy Drube.
How did Willy Drube come up with his invention?
In addition to all kinds of tinctures and remedies, the pharmacist worked on an elixir that would relieve the spa guests in Schierke from "stomach pains". He worked tirelessly until he finally found the perfect recipe.
Are you a family business?
Yes, we are a 4th generation family business. Since 2007, Schierker Feuerstein has been run by Britta Möller, Willy Drube's great-granddaughter, and her husband Walter Möller.
Where is your company based?
Our administration and production are based in Bad Lauterberg. Herb preparation, one of the most important steps in production, continues to take place at our headquarters in Schierke.
Do you have a factory outlet?
Yes, you can buy Schierker Feuerstein, Schierkuja and various fan articles in our administration office in Bad Lauterberg or in our fan store in Schierke.

What is so special about Schierker Feuerstein?
The special thing about Schierker Feuerstein is its recipe. We still produce it today according to the unchanged original recipe from Willy Drube. This is top secret and is only passed on within the family. In this way, the spirit of Willy Drube lives on in every bottle of Schierker Feuerstein.
What percentage does the Schierkuja have?
Schierkuja has 15 % vol.
What is so special about Schierkuja?
The special thing about Schierkuja is its fruity taste and glitter effect on the one hand and its versatility as an aperitif or pure as a shot on the other.

Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value in our store is €20.
Do I have to create a customer account to be able to shop?
You can order from us as a guest or create a customer account. The advantage of a customer account is that you can store all your important data there so that you don't have to enter it again the next time you order. You can also view your previous orders there.
When is my order actually final?
By clicking on the "Pay with obligation to pay" button, you give us a binding order to purchase the goods. You will then receive an automatic confirmation of receipt from us, in which all the components of your order are listed again. Please note that this e-mail merely documents that we have received your order. The confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your order. The purchase contract is only concluded when we dispatch the ordered product to you within 4 working days and confirm this dispatch with a second e-mail, the express order confirmation. If you order by prepayment, the contract is concluded with the provision of our bank details and the corresponding payment request.
Will I be informed about the status of my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation from us when we send your package to you.
Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
In addition to Germany, we currently deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Austria.
Approximately how long does it take to deliver the goods?
Delivery takes place within 3-4 working days after receipt of payment.
What costs will I incur as a customer as a result of the order?
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of 6.95 euros per order for delivery within Germany.
Can I also collect my order from your store?
Yes, collection on site is possible. Please note that we need some time to pack the items you have ordered. If we receive your order before 4 pm, it can be collected the day after next (Monday - Friday) from 10 am. You will be notified by us when we have put your items together for you. If you have not collected your order within 5 working days of receiving the first notification of collection, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in order to minimize storage costs.
Can I also have my order delivered to a Packstation or a parcel store?
Due to the age check for our products, we are not allowed to offer deliveries to packing stations or parcel stores.
Can my delivery address be different from the billing address?
If you click on the "Send delivery to another address" field under "Shipping" in the checkout area, you can enter an alternative delivery address.
Which shipping service providers will be used to send my parcel?
We send our parcels via DHL.
My order has not arrived. Who can I contact?
If your order does not arrive, please contact us directly by e-mail: shop@schierker-feuerstein.de or phone 05524/9266-0. We will take up your problem and take care of everything else.
What do I do if my item has been damaged during shipping?
If your order has been damaged during shipping, you can contact us directly. You can either use e-mail: shop@schierker-feuerstein.de or phone 05524/9266-0 and we will take care of it.

What do I do if I don't like an article?
If you do not like an article, please inform us in writing. You can do this by e-mail, letter or fax to the following contact details: SCHIERKER FEUERSTEIN GmbH & Co. KG, Schierker-Feuerstein-Platz 1-5, 37431 Bad Lauterberg, Tel. 05524/9266-0, Fax 05524/9266-10, E-Mail shop@schierker-feuerstein.de. We will then contact you to discuss the further procedure with you. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Within what period can I return an item?
You can return the item within 14 days without giving a reason.
When and how can I reach you?

Which payment methods are accepted?
We currently offer you the payment methods prepayment or Paypal.
When and how will I receive my invoice?
You will receive your invoice and delivery bill with your parcel. If you have specified an alternative delivery address, we will send you the invoice by post.
