Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

We currently ship only within Germany.

Due to the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), which has been generally applicable since August 12, 2026, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders to other EU member states at this time, as we are currently unable to meet the packaging regulations required for cross-border sales—in particular, registration and extended producer responsibility (EPR)—in the respective destination country.

In addition to the listed prices, we charge a flat rate of [6.95 euros per order] for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in the shopping cart and on the order page.

Delivery via DHL

The flat-rate shipping fee via DHL is 6.95 euros for delivery within Germany. The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing food). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favor.
