Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date,

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are/is delivered as a single unit, or
• in which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods within a single order and these are delivered separately, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last part or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several parts or pieces, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, have taken physical possession of the first of the goods, if you have entered into a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SCHIERKER FEUERSTEIN GmbH & Co. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://schierker-feuerstein.de/vertrag-widerrufen/ exercise. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) with information about the content of the cancellation declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You shall return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

We bear the cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Special notes on the right of withdrawal (exceptions)

The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely for the following contracts:

• for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
• for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Information about vouchers

Value vouchers (credit for redemption in the shop) are not considered digital content. The regular right of withdrawal described above applies to them unchanged.
