Ingredients
- 5 cl Schierker Feuerstein
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- Egg white from 1 organic egg

Preparation
Pour the Schierker Feuerstein, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a shaker and shake. Strain the contents into a glass filled with ice cubes.
